Our clients have selected a prime site down in the Village Estate in Prebbleton, overlooking the wetlands with no fair of being built out.

Contrasting timber and Axon panel have been used to emphasize the Entry and gables.

The layout highlights the views with extensive glazing and sweeping decks across this private retreat. Upon Entry the eye is drawn down the room to the gable glazing making the beautiful surrounding’s impossible to ignore.

The Living space is made up of an open plan, high raked ceiling design, with the added comfort of a smaller “Den” to the side for escaping in to in the evenings.

Additional room has been sought economically by including high studs and an Attic truss design, creating a second floor within the Attic space.
